Designed and produced a cohesive suite of branded digital assets in Adobe Illustrator, including newsletter ads, digital posters, MS Teams backgrounds, SharePoint promotional blocks, and clickable email signature banners directing employees to a centralized enrollment resource hub.
Aligned campaign visuals with third-party print materials to ensure consistency across channels while managing French-Canadian and Spanish translations that preserved design integrity and messaging consistency across all assets.

Canada’s Open Enrollment
Led communications and creative execution for LKQ Canada’s transition to a new benefits provider during a high-stakes Open Enrollment campaign. Redesigned vendor-provided enrollment materials into clear, branded, user-friendly communications while building a centralized SharePoint resource hub for enrollment guidance, deadlines, FAQs, and support.
Partnered cross-functionally with HR Canada, vendor teams, and Translation Services to deliver fully localized French-Canadian communications compliant with Quebec language requirements. With missed enrollment resulting in default coverage assignments for two years, communication clarity was critical. The campaign concluded with a 92% enrollment rate, contributing to a successful enterprise-wide transition.
Joseph M. Holsten Scholarship Campaign
Led creative direction and communications execution for LKQ’s global Joseph M. Holsten Scholarship campaign, an enterprise initiative awarding 500 scholarships annually to the children of team members worldwide. Established the campaign’s visual identity and scalable creative framework in 2024, developing branded assets used across social media and drafting global communications. Managed campaign messaging, translations, and international deployment while supporting a dedicated SharePoint resource hub that helped drive application volume beyond 500 global submissions.
