For three years, I had the privilege of serving as the tech lead for Republic Service's Women of Republic business resource group. We kicked things off with a bang by discovering innovative ways to engage our members all across the nation using digital platforms. That's when we stumbled upon Diverst, a diversity management platform that offers a myriad of features like gamification, rewards, content sharing, calendars, and even user data tracking. Together with the incredible Women of Republic leadership team and the talented folks from Toki Toguri's development team, we crafted a one-of-a-kind website with top-notch security measures like single sign-on (SSO) to cater to our unique needs.

Throughout my journey, I dedicated months to weekly meetings, platform demos, and Q&A sessions, diving headfirst into the world of Diverst. This immersive experience allowed me to become intimately familiar with its features and foster an incredible working relationship with the brilliant minds behind the platform. As other BRGs were launched, I happily took on the role of the go-to person for anything related to it. From answering questions and hosting training sessions to acting as a bridge between our organization and the Diverst team, I was there every step of the way, providing unwavering support and assistance whenever it was needed.
